Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise Regional Sales Managers Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Track actual performance against expectations and modifies strategies. Work with customers to better understand their needs and goals. Estimate sales volume and profit Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed Attend Trade Shows Travel to Customers with RSM's Travel to other MTE locations as needed Education and
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience Bachelor's degree required Dealership sales experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook (or other email programs) Salesforce experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion in a timely manner.
