About the Role:
Ready to break into sales or take your next step in a fast-growing business? Ingram Micro is making a significant investment in our SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment and expanding our team to support that growth. As part of this initiative, we're hiring 20+ Account Representatives to help drive momentum and capture new opportunities across our reseller base. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you'll own and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for your customershelping them succeed while making a direct impact on the business.
What You'll Do:
Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established)Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation Spot and act on opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to drive results Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Set clear expectations and follow through with urgency and accuracy
