About the role
engineeringjobs.net, Inc. seeks a Director of Land Acquisition to identify and secure residential land opportunities, driving growth in the California market. You will manage the entire acquisition lifecycle from sourcing and underwriting to negotiation and closing.
Candidates need 5–10+ years of residential real estate acquisition and entitlements experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
