Finance Program Controls Analyst Raytheon's Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the Mission Support & Operations (MSO) portfolio. The selected candidates will support Taurus program, a new contract awarded in May 2026 with a 2-year period of performance and anticipate follow-on opportunities. This role reports directly to the IEO Finance lead and is responsible for core financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets, cost accounting and financial reporting. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to contribute to program success as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. The position offers a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Business Management, and other functional partners. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality results.
What You Will Do:
  • Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and overall financial support
  • Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
  • Prepare and support financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for customer submittals
  • Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers
  • Support organization and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation
  • Assist with manpower planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Provide PMO and CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reports
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data integrity reviews, and validations related to program financials
  • Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience with Microsoft ExcelActive TS/SCI security clearance
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
