Job Duties: The major duties are:
  • Maintains organized filing systems and keeps commissary records updated and accessible.
  • Coordinates with various departments to collect information needed for reports and routine management updates.
  • Produces documents, reports, and other administrative materials using standard office software and automation tools.
  • Serves as the commissary's main point of contact for personnel matters, ensuring paperwork and actions are processed correctly through the servicing human resources office.
  • Manages the tracking, procurement, distribution, and disposal of supplies and equipment necessary for commissary operations.
