About the role

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Dean - School of Nursing to provide accountable leadership for academic programs, partnerships, and governance. You will guide teaching excellence, faculty and student engagement, and adherence to accreditation standards at the campus level. The Dean will shape curriculum, ensure sufficient staffing, manage resources, and engage with community leaders to expand Galen’s nursing programs while aligning with Galen’s mission and HCA Healthcare standards.
