Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent at our Mesa, AZ location. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, offering insurance products that meet individual needs, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, discussing coverage options, processing insurance applications, and meeting sales goals effectively. The role also involves educating clients about their options and ensuring they are well-supported throughout their insurance journey.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques Strong abilities in Customer Service and building customer relationships Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets Relevant licenses and certifications applicable to insurance sales (preferred)Prior experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
