Job-ID17707133Reference21-09997What you will do:Recruiting (85%)Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close out process and new hire onboardingLead consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profileDevelop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR teamManaging professional level requisitions as well as hourly level requisitions (30+ open requisitions) in multiple locationsParticipate in our Career Fair and Hiring events with a special emphasis on enhancing our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives (Women, Minorities, Military and Disability)Passive recruitment – source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking System/CRM, Internet Databases, Job Boards, and Social Media Platforms.Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Senior Manager, Talent AcquisitionProvide reporting and regular status updates to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.Compliance/Administration (15%)Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran's hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.COMPETENCIES:Customer obsession, strong service orientation, outstanding decision making, efficiency in delivering quality results both to external candidates and our internal customersCommunicate and deal with people effectively and tactfullyAnalyze and evaluate people, data and other resources to determine courses of actionInfluence the opinions or decisions of internal/external customersPrioritize multiple tasks successfully without losing composure and compromising productivityMake competent use of recruiting toolsExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals.Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director and Manager of Talent AcquisitionCommunicate with hiring managers regularly to establish rapport and determine specific needsMinimum Education/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting and/or relevant Technical/Industry ExperienceAdditional Preferred Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredAdvanced knowledge with standard HR concepts, practices, and proceduresExperience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.Advanced knowledge of the professional search process, recruiting process, the non-exempt and temporary staffing industry and employment lawFluent in G-Suite and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAdvanced proficiency in ATS systemsto successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.Demonstrate exceptional customer and account management, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, pushback and sense of urgency and a deep understanding of providing sophisticated customer service.Advanced project management skillsAdvanced communication skillsDemonstrated sense of urgencyDemonstrated business acumenAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyProduce results within a dynamic environmentDemonstrated flexibility; respond quickly to changesAdvanced organizational, interpersonal, writing and presentation skillsAbility to build strong relationships and positively influence customers and colleaguesStrong problem solving abilityAbility to accurately and articulately document necessary recruiting information.Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current position openings and identify strong industry talentIntermediate understanding of AAP guidelinesAdvanced business partnership skillsNice To HaveGoogle DriveR&DWorkday
