About the role

Flagship Financial Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Support Technician to join our hybrid IT team. You will handle daily user support, manage desktops/laptops, and assist with corporate applications and ticketing processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT helpdesk, strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and hardware setup. A+ or Network+ is preferred, and you will work four days onsite with travel as needed.
