About the role
Seeking motivated and seasoned growth leaders, the full-time Political Sales Director will drive new revenue growth for the Political Strategy & Advocacy Practice by developing a robust sales pipeline, securing new client engagements, and cultivating executive relationships, with the flexibility to work remotely or in Washington D.C.
Key responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new client engagements with major political and advocacy clients, advancing prospects through the sales cycle
Cultivate strong executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high-quality delivery of client engagements
Clearly articulate technical offerings to non-technical stakeholders and prepare updates on pipeline activity for senior leadership
Required qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative or professional services environment
Deep understanding of consumer analytics, influencer analytics, AI, and experimental design
Exceptional ability to build credibility and rapport with senior executives and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the capability to craft data-driven solutions tailored to client needs
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
