About the role
Nurse Manager – Cardiac Cath Lab | Temp-to-Perm
Location: Morristown, NJ
Schedule:
Flexible start time, 7:00 AM–9:00 AMMorristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume Cardiac Cath/EP Lab program.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience 5+ years of Cath Lab or EP experience
- Experience in a large, complex medical center/teaching hospital
- Experience managing 4–5+ Cath Labs
- Critical Care/High-Risk cardiovascular experience
- Structural Heart program experience preferredBSN or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/related field
- Active RN license and BLS required
- Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Cath Lab and EP operations
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance
- Manage budgets, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with physicians and hospital leadership
- Support expansion of Cath, EP, Structural Heart, and cardiogenic shock programs
