Training Provided What You Will Do:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed. Deliver individualized ABA therapy services Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and document client data accurately Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and clinical team members Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress Accurately keep record of clients progress Travel to clients homes/community settings, as required to deliver services Services provided in person throughout Tennessee Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement What we expect from you: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Active registration with the BACBHigh School Diploma or GEDReliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children preferredABA experience preferred but not required Schedule Options
