Part-Time Dairy Frozen Clerk Store #650 Sayre, PA, US, 18840 Company: Tops Pay Rate Starting at: Level $12.00/ hr Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority. The mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. Associate must possess full knowledge of all dairy/frozen food items, including location. Associate is also responsible for receiving and processing product, as well as stocking shelves, while maintaining a clean department. Associate is responsible for providing attentive and courteous customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Dairy/Frozen Food operations, safety, and sanitation
Adhere to company policy through proper receiving, handling, storing and stocking of product
Maintain proper shelf, case and display conditions, including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating product
Adhere to shelf management as it applies to following plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued items
Ensure that the coolers, freezers and cases are at proper temperature and in working condition
Follow direction of Dairy/Frozen Manager and MOD, inform appropriate people if any problems arise
Assist with bagging/cashing at front end (if needed)

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age and 18 years of age to perform certain functions/tasks
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
Possess basic computer skills
Possess strong communication skills

Physical Requirements: Equipment Used Operation of the following:

Baler/compactor (must be 18 years of age)
Case cutter (must be 16 years of age)
Pallet jacks (must be 18 years of age)
Marking gun
ComputerWalkie Stacker (must be 18 years of age)
Ladder (must be 18 yrs of age)
