About the role

Project Manager The Project Manager provides project management and coordination support for employee-focused initiatives including recognition programs, engagement activities, leadership events, and employee experience projects. This role partners closely with Business Advisors and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are organized, executed effectively, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives. Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, action items, and project governance activities. Support execution of employee recognition, engagement, leadership, and employee experience programs. Coordinate vendors, logistics, communications, and event-related activities. Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and project documentation. Track budgets, invoices, and project expenditures. Maintain project repositories and support reporting, measurement, and continuous improvement efforts. Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, program administration, or event management. Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Preferred
Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, recognition, employee experience, HR, learning, communications, or culture-related initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or leadership programs.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment. Vendor management and budget tracking experience.
