Equities, Options & Fixed Income Remote - Full-time This opportunity is with ANOS Capital LLC and is posted. ANOS Capital is expanding its institutional sales-trading team. We’re seeking experienced producers with established institutional relationships to help grow the desk across US equities, options, fixed income and international markets. Our platform includes: Agency-only equity brokerage High-touch equity trading, program trading and algorithmic execution Institutional options and fixed income execution International live trading supported by a 24/6 global desk Transition management capabilities Trading, operations, compliance and technology supportTHE OPPORTUNITYDevelop and manage institutional client relationships Execute client orders and provide market color, liquidity insight and execution guidance Cover existing ANOS accounts as assigned Identify and onboard new institutional clients Introduce clients to relevant capabilities across the ANOS platform Coordinate with trading, operations and compliance throughout the trade lifecycle Maintain accurate order handling, reporting and recordsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re seeking entrepreneurial sales traders who bring: Established buy-side relationships and a demonstrated record of generating revenue Experience developing business driven primarily by client-initiated order flow An understanding of institutional investors’ execution needs Strong communication skills and long-term client relationships Accountability, collaboration and disciplined execution An interest in helping build and grow the desk Candidates should generally have five or more years of institutional sales-trading experience. We’ll also consider candidates with fewer years who already cover their own institutional accounts. Series 7 and 63 registrations are required, with Series 57 and any additional registrations required by the assigned activities. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the registrations and approvals required for the role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. ANOS Capital LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
