About the role
Role: Utilities Process Engineer - Expansion Coordinator at Lilly, serving as the site SME for HVAC and Utilities systems (GMP and non-GMP) within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities:
oversee and maintain utilities performance
ensure compliance with industry and Lilly standards
support risk assessments
lead troubleshooting and RCA investigations
develop operational procedures
participate in safety and process hazard reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
strong technical expertise in HVAC and utilities
experience with cGMP, data analysis, and process control
proficiency with office and collaboration software, and knowledge of manufacturing plant utilities.
Preferred:
start-up and equipment commissioning experience, project management skills, familiarity with maintenance systems like CMMS, and experience with deviation/change management tools such as Track Wise
engineering degrees (ME, EE, ChemE) beneficial.
