About the role

UPS is looking for an Industrial Engineering Intern to support targeted projects through observation, data collection, cross-functional communication, and problem solving. You will present completed projects to the Industrial Engineering staff. The role emphasizes applying statistics, process improvement, and the use of AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and drive engineering initiatives. This internship requires US work eligibility and is 40 hours per week.
