Sales Administrator Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join the Grain Processing Corporation, a KENT WORLDWIDE family company, as a Sales Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating order management activities, and serving as a critical link between Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining customer relationships, managing pricing records, and supporting efficient business operations while providing outstanding service at every interaction. This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, Iowa.
PRIMARY DUTIES: AND RESPONSIBILITIESProcess and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering responsive and professional service. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external warehouses to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain pricing records and customer documentation. Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing effective solutions. Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, track activities, and support continuous improvement efforts. Support daily sales administration activities and contribute to overall team success. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, demonstrating self-direction and strong attention to detail Experience in a customer-focused role is required Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM systems and order processing is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems. OTHERLittle to no travel is expected. Regular and timely attendance is required.
