About the role
Hi, I have a Key Account Manager for an intermediate bulk chemical seller. My client is family-owned, with a thin management structure. They are looking for a stable seller to service and grow their coatings portfolio. You would be dealing heavily with the large brands like PPG, Franklin, Sherwin, and so on. They differentiate themselves by providing hands-on customer service and being more flexible than the competition. If you want a role where you immediately make an impact, their tight-knit office is small, and they row the boat together towards a healthy annual EBITDA bonus. If you have the business/chemical knowledge to sell Acetals, Acrylics, VAM, Acid, Acidic Acids, Glacial Acrylic Acid, and MMA on the monomer side into coatings and other CASE verticals lets talk. Ability to work remotely or in or around PA. Plane travel around 50 percent to service clients in Pittsburgh and the other parts of the US where they produce paint is needed. Full benefits and a salary of 120k is a starting point, but they are flexible for the right fit. Annual bonus and etc pushed that number significantly. Thanks, Mike
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
