About the role

Overview In this role you bridge analytical model development and production, leveraging SAS, cloud tools, and modern automation to scale analytics across Ford’s platforms. You drive data-driven decision making by delivering automated, reproducible analytics workflows and GenAI-enabled reporting. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, IT, and business teams to productionize models and streamline validation. Compensation / Benefits Medical, dental, vision coverage Flexible family care days and parental leave Tuition assistance Vehicle discount program for employees Paid time off and holidaysPTO buy/sell options Responsibilities Implement and productionalize predictive models and risk strategies across global platforms Design and develop analytics solutions and integrate models using vendor tools and GCP services to build scalable workflows Collaborate with Data Scientists, Business teams, and IT to transition models from development to production Identify opportunities to automate processes with GenAI tooling and enhance delivery through automation Provide data analysis, SQL/SAS/Python programming, and on-demand reporting aligned to business needs Develop reusable automation frameworks for data comparison, summarization, and reporting across functions Design and implement automated pipelines supporting testing workflows, including legacy data sources Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 3+ years programming experience in SAS (preferably SAS Real Time Decision Manager), Java, SQL, and Python Experience with Relational DBMS (like DB2)Experience implementing modern automation frameworks and AI-powered tooling such as Agentic AIGenAI tooling (Agentic AI, workflows, cloud integration)1–2 years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Big Query, PostgreSQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc. Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and PDO methodologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to learn new tools quickly Independent and proactive with initiative to uncover opportunitiesSAS Real Time Decision Manager JavaSQL
