We are seeking an experiencedProduct Owner – UI/UXwith strong knowledge ofSAFe Agileto drive the vision, prioritization, and delivery of user-centered digital products. The role will bridgebusiness stakeholders, UX/UI designers, engineering teams, architects, and Agile delivery teamsto ensure that products provide intuitive user experiences while meeting business and technical objectives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience withProduct Ownership, UX/UI, customer journey mapping, user research, backlog management, Agile delivery, and SAFe ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and communicate theproduct vision, roadmap, and UI/UX priorities.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into clearfeatures, capabilities, and user stories.
Partner with UX/UI designers to define intuitive and consistent user experiences.
Conduct and participate inuser research, usability testing, journey mapping, personas, and customer interviews.
Define UI/UX requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
Maintain and prioritize theProduct Backlogbased on business value, customer impact, dependencies, risk, and technical considerations.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, UX designers, developers, architects, QA, business stakeholders, and other Product Owners.
Participate inSAFe Program Increment (PI) Planningand help establish PI objectives.
Work with theProduct Managerto break down features and capabilities into actionable stories.
Participate in backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily syncs, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Ensure stories areready for developmentand have clear acceptance criteria.
Review completed functionality and provideProduct Owner acceptance.
Use analytics, customer feedback, usability findings, and product metrics to drive UI/UX improvements.
Identify dependencies and risks across Agile teams and coordinate their resolution.
Ensure UI/UX designs align with accessibility, usability, branding, security, and technical standards.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivered product matches approved designs and business requirements.
Continuously prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback and product performance. xsgimln
Support release planning and communicate product priorities to stakeholders.
