Hot Foot Recruiters is partnering with a growing high-purity chemical manufacturer supporting the semiconductor industry to hire multiple Chemical Operations Team Leads in North Phoenix, AZ.Team Leads will oversee small crews of ISO Tank Operators and CDL Drivers performing high-purity chemical transfer operations at a major semiconductor facility. This is a hands‐on leadership position requiring strong safety judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate employees in an active industrial environment. Start Date: ASAP / Training prior to site deployment Schedule Front End Day: Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PMNight: Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AMBack End Day: Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PMNight: Wednesday–Saturday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AMSchedules rotate between 3- and 4-day workweeks, including every other Wednesday. Initial training may take place on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule before transitioning to the assigned shift.
Qualifications: Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, chemical operations, manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, logistics, or related experience preferred. Chemical handling or high-purity manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce SOPs and site requirements. Comfortable working around hazardous chemicals and industrial equipment. Familiarity with PPE, fall protection, hazard identification, and pre-task planning. Strong communication, organization, documentation, and leadership skills. Ability to make sound operational decisions and escal...Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts. Must be able to complete customer-site badging, training, background screening, drug testing, and required physical examinations.
Responsibilities: Lead daily ISO tank and chemical transfer operations for the assigned shift. Coordinate Operators and Drivers and assign daily responsibilities. Conduct pre-shift and pre-job planning. Verify that required PPE, safety controls, permits, and equipment inspections are completed. Monitor tanker positioning, hookup, sampling, transfer, and disconnect activities. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer-site requirements. Identify unsafe conditions and immediately coordinate corrective action. Support incident reporting, investigations, and operational follow-up. Coordinate with customer representatives and internal management. Maintain accurate operational, safety, and shift-handoff documentation. Support training and development of new Operators and Drivers.
