About the role

HR Generalist Leading freight forwarder is seeking a skilled HR generalist to join the HR department. The HR generalist will provide human resource support when it comes to internal investigations/incidents, project management, onboarding new employees, recruitment efforts, etc.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (ON-SITE)
Responsibilities:
  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Generating official internal documents
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating new hires on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
Requirements: 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel and utilizing formulas 2+ years experience in Human Resources 2+ years experience with Sharepoint and ADPSpanish is a PLUSBachelors Degree in HR is a PLUS
