We are seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talented workforce that powers our mission at Bask Health in areas of Brazil and Egypt.Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualificationsUtilize applicant tracking systems (workable) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate informationSchedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless experienceMaintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentationContribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communicationSupport additional recruitment initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field3 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectivelyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce
