Senior Financial Operations Analyst

LHH is partnering with a large, established organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Shared Services. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data analytics. The Senior Financial Analyst will turn complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that improve performance, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in related field 5+ years of experience with FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, and Power Query Experience working business intelligence platforms Ability to manage and interpret data across multiple systems Ability to communicate complex information clearly to operational and executive stakeholders Experience supporting process improvement, system implementations, acquired-business integration, construction, or manufacturing environments is helpful but not required.
