About the role
- Implement and oversee the annual business planning process, ensuring consistency, rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across all platforms and categories within the BU.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive critical business unit initiatives that drive profitable topline growth and market share that align to both the business unit and North American Zone's 3-year strategic plan.
- Translate external trends, macro forces, and competitive dynamics into actionable strategies to future-proof the business. Expected Experience & Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in sales, sales planning, sales strategy, corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field within the CPG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, finance, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level strategic planning and portfolio management.
- Strong business acumen with experience in consumer goods or related industries preferred.
- Experience driving commercial strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication skills as this role will be very cross-functional in nature & require someone able to work on multiple priorities at once.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong collaborator and relationship builder across functions and geographies.
- Skilled at balancing long-term strategic goals with near-term operational priorities.
