About the role
Position Description & Qualifications F-35 Administrative Security Specialist Support mission-critical security and administrative operations for the F-35 program while working closely with Government, contractor, and Serco personnel.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining security documentation, coordinating administrative actions, supporting program activities, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information in a secure environment while supporting military customers and program stakeholders.
In This Role, You Will: Coordinate with Government, Serco, and contractor personnel to support the timely completion of administrative and security-related actions.
Maintain security files, logs, rosters, trackers, and other program documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support security program operations through meeting coordination, briefings, data calls, report preparation, and action item tracking.
Assist with administrative processes and security actions that support mission objectives and customer requirements.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and strict attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is properly organized, updated, and retained.
Provide responsive customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
Support day-to-day office and security administrative functions while meeting established deadlines and priorities.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have: U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting security, administrative, or related functions. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance. Active Secret Clearance preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience preparing reports, briefings, tracking spreadsheets, and other program documentation.
Ability to work effectively with Government, contractor, and Serco personnel.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including CONUS and OCONUS travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications Active Top Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility preferred.
Active TS/SCI Clearance preferred and utilized within the last two years.
Prior experience working in a secure facility.
Prior experience working in a Security Countermeasure environment.
Current active Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance.
Experience supporting administrative processes and document management in a secure facility.
Master's degree plus 10 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus an additional 14 years of relevant experience.
Experience preparing reports, briefings, executive correspondence, and tracking spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to safeguard sensitive information.
Work Location and Schedule This position is on-site.
Must be able to work in the Arlington, Virginia office Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
