About the role

Axon is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity Compensation to oversee the day-to-day administration of our equity plans, including the XSP. The role requires deep knowledge of stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and international tax impact, with collaboration across Finance, Payroll, Legal and Tax teams. You will help evolve the equity program, implement controls, and automate data processing while coordinating reporting for domestic and international employees.
