Job Description
Primary responsibilities include:
Setting up and operating machinery for fastener production (with a focus on safety, quality, and production)Perform tool and die changes. Perform oil changes. Perform in process quality checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Operate hi-lo equipment to assist with material handling. Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized, efficient working environment. Growth & Advancement: Dextech offers competitive pay starting at $20 per hour for these roles. Employees are eligible for a $0.50 per hour wage increase every 90 days until they reach the top rate for their department. We also provide extensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.Ability to understand and interpret shop math. Safety-conscious mindset and a positive attitude. Flexibility with shift assignments and availability for overtime. Reliability and a desire for a long-term career.\nCompany
