Contract Paralegal (3 month Temp assignment) $30–$55/hour | Overtime Eligible We’re seeking a Contract Paralegal or junior attorney with 2+ years of experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Schedule8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (CST core hours required; EST candidates must accommodate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts (NDAs, subscriptions, templated agreements, and more)
- Perform risk analysis and maintain contract database
- Track contracts, send follow-ups, and update contract tracker
- Work within Agiloft (or learn quickly)
- Assist with litigation bulletins and meeting minutes
- Monitor for antitrust considerations during meetings (training provided)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of contract experience
- Must have Agiloft experience
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
