About the role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts for a range of positions. This position focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and helping deliver a smooth and organized hiring experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing recruiting tools, and confident engaging with applicants throughout the early stages of the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities:
- Source prospective candidates through multiple platforms
- Review incoming resumes and applications to identify individuals whose backgrounds align with open opportunities.
- Conduct initial phone outreach and screening conversations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruiting activity.
- Help create a positive candidate experience by providing timely follow-up, organized scheduling, and clear communication.
