Senior Manager / Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement
Location: Remote Join my client, an innovative commercial-stage biotechnology company advancing next-generation cancer diagnostics. You’ll shape payer strategy and expand patient access to technologies designed to bring greater clarity to critical cancer-care decisions. What You’ll Be Doing: Refine coverage, coding, and payment strategies across public and private payers Secure CPT, PLA, or ICD-10 codes and favorable coverage policies Build evidence-based payer value dossiers and economic models Engage health plans, MACs, medical directors, clinicians, and advocacy groups Guide clinical utility studies and payer evidence strategies Monitor reimbursement trends and support sales on coverage developments
About You: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field; MBA preferred Market access expertise with LDT and/or IVD products Strong knowledge of HEOR, managed care, reimbursement, and health policy Diagnostics, oncology, or point-of-care expertise strongly preferred Comfortable leading cross-functionally in an agile, evolving environment
