Job Description: M-Th, 12-8:00 and Sat, 10-2:00.We are looking for an organized professional to join our team.

Qualifications & Skills: Enjoys interacting with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Proficient in scheduling and managing appointments using multiple systems. Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technology. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Able to drive to business, events and schools in the local area as needed. Comfortable learning new systems and procedures through on-the-job training. Dependable, professional and detail-oriented. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a Team. Additional hours added for community events.

Compensation: $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience. M-Th, 12-8:00 and Sat, 10-2:00 (34-36 hrs. per week).Send your resume to hlcoh83@gmail.com.
