Overview
In this role you will lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency at FIJI Water. You will partner with senior leaders to align on priorities, build the Continuous Improvement capability, and guide the PMO to deliver measurable results. You’ll champion lean methodologies, coach cross-functional teams, and shape scalable processes for long-term value. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to transform operations and business performance.

Responsibilities Lead strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable impact Develop and execute plans aligning with long-term priorities and operational excellence Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and drive organizational change Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team across multiple initiatives Oversee FIJI Water PMO for governance, portfolio management, and execution Develop CI capabilities through coaching, training, and leadership development Promote Lean, problem-solving, and change-management to reduce waste Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements Establish standardized processes, measures, and management systems for scalability Build a network of cross-functional subject matter experts Travel domestically and internationally to support initiatives and partnerships
Key requirements 10-15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, finance, or related fields 5 years of people management experience Demonstrable executive presence Experience managing teams and developing junior employees Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations Proactive, self-starter with initiative Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building Willingness and ability to travel as requiredleadershipstrategic thinkingcommunication Lean methodologies Continuous Improvement (CI)Project Management Office (PMO) governance and portfolio management
