Requirements: 8+ years of experience leading highly technical products or managing product-engineering teams. Proven success in building developer-facing platforms or infrastructure products from inception to scale. Deep understanding of modern AI-assisted software development and agentic workflows. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and translate ambiguity into clear strategies. Excellent written communication skills and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities: Define and drive the long-term strategic vision for AI code generation and developer workflows. Prioritize features and platform capabilities, balancing innovation with enterprise trust requirements. Establish key metrics for workflow quality, adoption, trust, and business impact, operationalizing them across product development. Lead architecture and product decisions for core platform primitives including context, memory, search, and orchestration. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to shape multi-quarter product roadmap and deliverables. Ensure alignment with engineering, design, AI, GTM, and leadership teams through effective stakeholder management.
