About the role

Are you a digital native who knows how to turn views into sales? We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to run our digital footprint—managing our social channels, driving sales through live-streaming, and scaling our revenue with Google Ads. If you have a knack for crafting killer content, a head for performance marketing, and love the energy of e-commerce, this is the role for you. We offer flexible scheduling, a collaborative local workspace in Goshen, and an upside structure that rewards your marketing wins.
Key Responsibilities: Paid Search & Growth: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and drive direct-to-consumer sales. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to build brand presence. Live Selling & Conversion: Host and drive live-stream sales events on TikTok Shop and eBay Live, engaging directly with buyers in real time. Digital Merchandising: Assist with online product listings, digital catalogs, and basic administrative coordination to keep our e-commerce engine running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For: Proven experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and driving measurable e-commerce results. Strong social media background with a natural eye for content creation and audience engagement. Comfortable, charismatic, and engaging on camera for live-selling events. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join Us? Flexibility: Tailored part-time or full-time schedules to fit your lifestyle. Uncapped Upside: base pay paired with performance commissions tied to the sales and growth you drive. Ready to grow with us? Send your resume and a quick note about your experience with Google Ads

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
