Responsibilities: Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries. Provide clear, professional, and accurate information about company services. Handle customer concerns with patience and a solution-focused approach. Maintain organized and accurate customer records. Follow up on customer requests when necessary. Communicate effectively with internal departments to help resolve customer needs. Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude during all customer interactions. Support daily customer service and administrative operations. Help identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
