About the role

Fairwood United Methodist Church seeks a part‑time Youth Director to provide spiritual leadership for students in grades 6–12. You will design and sustain programming, mentor youth and families, and lead a volunteer team aligned with United Methodist values. Weekly youth gatherings, Sunday engagement, and occasional retreats form the core. The role requires 15 hours weekly with extra summer hours for camps and trips; background checks and Safe Sanctuaries compliance are required.
