Senior Relationship Manager
nottingham associatesRaleigh (NC)
About the role
Are you the person people naturally trust with their most important financial decisions? Our client, Triangle Wealth Management is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who doesn't just understand wealth management — who connects with people. Someone who can sit across from a family navigating a major life transition and immediately put them at ease, because trust isn't something you perform, it's something you naturally build. If you have the relationship instincts of a natural connector, the grit to outwork anyone in the room, and the humility to know that no task — from prepping a meeting to following up on a detail — is beneath you, we want to talk to you.
About Our Client:
TRIANGLE WEALTH MANAGMENTTriangle Wealth Management is a privately owned, independent Registered Investment Advisory firm serving 500+ families with more than $1 billion in assets under management. For over 25 years, we've built our reputation one relationship at a time as fiduciaries who take an oath to put every client's interests first, and who believe every financial plan should be as unique as the family it's built for.
The Opportunity:
As Senior Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated team of families by leading a four-person client team including relationship management, financial planning, portfolio management, and client service. You'll be the relationship anchor for Triangle Wealth's clients. You are the person they call first, trust most, and rely on to coordinate every piece of their financial life. This isn't a transactional sales role. It's a long-term relationship-building career for someone who genuinely wants to help families achieve what matters most to them. What Makes This Role Different You'll own real relationships, not just accounts. Over time, you become the primary point of contact and team lead for your own roster of clients. You'll be mentored, not just onboarded. Every team member is invested in developing your skills because deep industry expertise takes years to build, and we're committed to building it with you. You'll grow with the firm. You’ll move from observing client meetings to leading your own client relationships by Year 2, this is a defined path where the Triangle team is invested in your success. Who Thrives Here You have a magnetic, genuine presence. Triangle’s high-net-worth clients feel at ease with you immediately, and trust naturally deepens over time. You're humble enough to do the unglamorous work and driven enough to never let the tedious tasks get in the way of being fully available for the client. You listen to understand and can pick up on what a client isn't saying as much as what they are. You're sharp with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and genuine curiosity about markets and the economy. You can work autonomously and thrive in a cohesive team as this role requires both. You bring a Bachelor's degree, 6–8 years of relevant industry experience, CFP and/or Series 65 valuable but not required.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
