About the role
- Registering vehicles in multiple states.
- Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department
- Filing and organizing legal paperwork titles + co's, registration paperwork
- Double checking car deals for accuracy responsible for correcting errors
- Communication with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
- Data EntryOther misc. duties required, swaps, courtesy deliveries
- Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- Valid Driver's License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Registration experience preferred but willing to train the right individual
