We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a great direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing team! 1st or 2nd shift is available.$27–$37/hour, based on experience1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM–4:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:15 PM–6:30 AM
What you’ll be doing: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsWork with PLCs, automation, VFDs, motor controls, robotics, and HMI systemsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsMaintain work orders and maintenance recordsAssist with facility and utility maintenanceFollow LOTO and all safety proceduresMaintain GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standardsPartner with production to improve equipment reliability and efficiencyWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferredAbility to read electrical schematics and technical drawingsPLC, automation, robotics, or mechatronics experience is a plusSafety- and quality-focused mindsetDependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
