Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with members and leaders at all levels across multiple functions such as finance, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment. Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while resolving complex or high-impact issues to maintain operational continuity. Establish short and long-term countermeasures utilizing lean problem-solving tools and methodologies. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage members and leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Key Skills: Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Operational Excellence: Advanced in developing and optimizing supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance towards meeting organizational objectives. Data-Driven Decision-Making: The ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, validate assumptions, and improve supply chain processes. Communication: Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with members, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information flow through transparency grounded in our core values. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with supply chain software, systems, and tools is essential for optimizing processes, enhancing visibility, and driving automation within the supply chain.
