About the role

Alterra Property Group seeks a Director of IOS Development to lead its industrial development and construction programs across a multi-project portfolio. You will set strategy, own outcomes, and mentor Development Managers and project teams, reporting to the VP of Development and Construction. You will collaborate with Acquisitions and Legal Teams, engage with capital partners, and travel roughly 3–5 days per month with occasional overnights as workload and geography demand.
