Licensed Therapist - Couples & Family Therapy - Remote California

We are not currently accepting associate-level applicants for this role. What You'll Do: Provide virtual psychotherapy to couples, partners, and/or families Assess relational and family-system needs and develop individualized treatment plans Support clients with communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, intimacy, and other relational concerns Apply evidence-guided relational or systemic approaches appropriate to your training and scope of practice Deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements Why Join Open Mind Health? Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing couples, relationship, and/or family therapy Training or experience in relational, systemic, or family-based approaches Experience addressing communication, conflict, relationship transitions, parenting, or family-system concerns Telehealth experience Licensure in multiple states Additional language proficiency; Spanish is highly desirable Experience working with diverse or underserved couples and families Compensation & Engagement Type$70-$80/hour1099 Independent Contractor Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant clinical expertise, years of experience, and licensure.
