What You'll Do: As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for: Following detailed work orders and assembly instructions to ensure proper construction of components. Performing repetitive assembly tasks of electrical and mechanical parts with precision and consistency. Organizing and maintaining your workstation for efficient workflow, ensuring materials are ready for use. Using basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and sonic welding tools to wire, solder, and align small parts accurately. Labeling and preparing finished products for subsequent production steps, maintaining high quality standards. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, support safety protocols, and meet production goals. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related repetitive work (any industry welcome). Comfort handling small parts, using basic tools, and working with chemicals like acetone and Loctite. Good color recognition skills to identify wire colors accurately. Dependability and a strong work ethic — committed team members thrive here. Mechanical, electrical, or soldering experience is a plus, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
