Job Description: Full-Time | Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork | Midwest We're seeking motivated Entry-Level and Experienced Project Managers who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from kickoff through completion while working closely with customers, contractors, engineering, and production teams.
Responsibilities include: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, engineering, and production. Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Create and review shop drawings using AutoCAD.Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Collect and verify field measurements for fabrication. Source and coordinate required project materials. Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards. Support customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
  • RequiredExperience using AutoCAD (1+ years preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction blueprints
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • PreferredProject management experience in commercial cabinetry, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Experience working with general contractors and commercial construction projects
