About the role
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior IAM Software Developer for a state public-safety organization in Austin. You will own the enterprise IAM stack: centralized IdP (SAML 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, MFA), lifecycle automation, application onboarding, RBAC, IGA, and PAM. This is a hands-on engineering seat, not a ticket-only IAM analyst role. Design and implement scalable IAM solutions, automate provisioning with PowerShell and Python, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, while partnering with security
