About the role

We’re looking for a fully remote Digital Strategist to join a fast-moving team supporting digital marketing initiatives within the pharma advertising space. This person will help bring together strategy, customer behavior, and digital performance to create stronger experiences and more effective marketing programs. This role is an on-going contractual position, that offers weekly pay and equipment to use while on assignment.
What You’ll Be Doing: Help shape digital plans that connect brand goals with the way customers interact across online channels. Look at campaign, audience, and market information to uncover opportunities and make thoughtful recommendations. Partner with creative, marketing, and account teams to bring digital initiatives from strategy through execution. Review existing digital efforts and identify ways to improve engagement, performance, and the overall customer journey. Contribute to projects spanning areas such as search, websites, CRM, social, email, paid media, and content. Stay informed on evolving digital trends and bring new ideas to the team. Balance multiple projects and deadlines while working with a high degree of independence. Ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3+ years of digital marketing experience, with agency experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another highly regulated industry preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and how different channels work together. Comfortable using data and research to guide recommendations and decisions. Familiarity with SEO, analytics, CRM, and other digital marketing technologies. Experience supporting marketing efforts for HCP, patient, or other specialized audiences is a plus. Strong communicator who can jump into a fast-paced environment and make an impact with limited direction.
