Looking for a 4-day work week or a 3-day weekend schedule? We're hiring Repack Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Waynesville! Open Positions:1st Shift — 2 Openings Monday–Thursday | 5:15 AM–5:30 PM2nd Shift — 2 Openings Monday–Thursday | 5:15 PM–5:30 AMWeekend Shift — 6 Openings Friday–Sunday | 5:15 AM–7:00 PM Work just 3 days per week!
What You'll Do:
- Fill and package products according to customer specifications
- Inspect products and verify quality and identification
- Pack and stack boxes onto pallets according to specifications
- Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
- Communicate equipment or safety issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required paperwork and training
- Participate in cross-training and process improvement
- Work as part of a team with a focus on safety and communication
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and safety-minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read and write English and understand numerical sequences and lot numbers
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Stand for extended periods
- Climb, pull, bend, and lift as needed
- Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and occasionally outdoors
- Wear required personal protective equipment
