About the role
Night AuditorOvernight shifts Monday/Tuesday - Part Time - Possible daytime rotation.What will you be doing most days?Execute guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, and service procedures in compliance with brand quality assurance standardsMaintain a friendly and hospitable attitude with guests and team members and you are present at the desk during all hoursAcquire and maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities in order to provide service to guests needing such informationEnsure collections, including credit card and direct bill, are executed in accordance with company policiesMaintain proper control over keys, safe deposits, and all company and guest propertyEnsure rates are optimized by monitoring competitor occupancy and ratesEnsure that all required documentation is completed in a timely mannerProperly quote daily rates and issues creditsPerform other duties as assigned to support guest satisfactionWhat are the requirements for this position?You are proficient in administration of applicable property management systemsYou have the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situationsYou have experience in accurate cash handling and credit cards and experience in maintaining security of confidential informationYou can pass certification tests required to meet brand standardsYou have experience working with a computer especially data entryYou work well with othersYou always maintain a customer focus and put the guests' needs firstYou are approachable and encourage effective communication with guests and fellow team membersPhysical Requirements for this PositionThis has the potential to be a physically demanding position.
